First, Mercurious itself has trainers on her payroll and this means that we are not a sales organization. Our focus is on content.
Secondly, Mercurious' leadership is derived from the fact that all its trainers come from practice. They have acted in the role of trader, risk manager and/or back office staff. We consider such a necessity in order to serve our clients in the best way, for the subjects that we cover are related to financial markets and complex products & portfolios; especially if you consider the problems that occur in these markets; they require a practical approach. Practical experience brings along that our people can tell from the heart and show where theory is not applicable. Our staff focuses on small nuances which are accompanied by huge implications.
Next, our trainers act also in the role of consultants. Mercurious delivers both education and advisory services. Consultancy -or advisory- services assure that Mercurious' staff keeps their knowledge and skills up-to-date and even expands these on a continuous base. And last but certainly not least, our approach during the training is extremely interactive. We expect that the participant provides input and participates.
